These are fun kits. Great if your a pro modeler with a million hours of experience. I love this kit because it allows me to put together a very aesthetically pleasing dollhouse with my terrible crafting skill.

Pliers, scissors, batteries, and a ruler are a must. Fun & frustrating. The only thing i have needed so far are a small and large set of scissors. A ruler with mm on one side is also useful.

My 10 year old is a huge builder and creator. But most younger may get overwhelmed by this project.

Cons

We would have to take many breaks to let pieces dry from the glue
