Getting 140w out of 100x3w led is totally expected and is in fact how every brand rates their led wattage on number of leds x wattage of led

The vendor was obtuse in resolving my questions by drawing in issues of light wavelength and other things irrelevant to the power discrepancy

Warning the lights are extremely bright and you will suffer blurred vision if working around them for extended periods
