There are 46 leds on the light which emit a mixture of red and blue spectrum and suitable for growing under the light has a small internal fan but its about as nosy as a laptop when running

I have found the lights operating temperature to be about 22c to 26c with providing you have adequate ventilation also the cost of running the light is fantastic it costs about £4

I think this is a fantastic product a well worth the money and the seller has great customer service they contacted me through amazon to make sure i was enjoying the product also there is a two year warranty

I wouldnt recommend this light for in a room due to the volume of the fan but in the right situation ie in a tent then that wouldnt be an issue

The only other word of caution i would give is that the light had a european plug on it and did not come with an adaptor so be aware of that when buying
