Pros

The whole quinoa seeds give a wonderful texture that no flour matches. It adds a nice crunch and the roasted quinoa keeps for a long time when stored in an air-tight container. Smaller than other quinoa grains; cooks up very well; is not sticky.

We keep reordering this product because it's so addictive. Not overly odiferous. Will be ordering again.

The bag is not flimsy (thank goodness) and it re-seals beautifully. I like to stock up on staples and this 5lb bag meets that goal. It is a bit pricey though.

This quinoa is priced well and mostly clean. I like quinoa to begin with, so this is really about the tri-color combo.



Cons

I eat a lot of quinoa and have found this to be as good or better than anything else i have bought


I tried quinoa flour and it is a perfect replacement for wheat flour


It does not have quite the same texture and consistency as that i have bought from whole foods grocery


There is no bitter aftertaste like ive had in other brands

    I was using chia which gave a very nice texture but the omega 3 oils may break down in baking
