Pros
Add red-pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil. Sweet and smoky and packed with flavor.
Roasted peppers are tasty and enhance many dishes, these peppers are not only tasty but have meatyness to them. They are a lovely red color and hold up remarkably well for stuffing or for slicing into strips or dicing.
Tasted very good. Great taste and wonderful texture. Perfect for my version of pimento cheese spread.
Cons
I was cheated out of nearly 8 oz of peppers. Turns out they're bland and mushy. Even the when the product made or in canned, is kind of questionable.

These have the tops cut off and most of the seeds removed
