They pit easily and are great as a simple meze or chopped as a pizza or pasta addition (try making a feta cream sauce, add a handful of chopped olives and fresh chopped basil just before tossing with hot linguini


These oil cured olives were on a par with ones i have had in greece and throughout the middle east


Remember these still have the pits, but you can just give the olive a squeeze with your thumb and fore finger till the skin brakes, then turn it 90 degrees and squeeze a very clean pit out of the olive with no need for any special tools


The bag they come in is not resealable so we move them to plastic containers to store in the fridge
