Quality is exceptional. Better than others at * the cost. Good flavor and good texture.

Have used them in panini, on pizza, and in salads. I make them with garlic and oil and salt and pepper, but because these are less cooked i also chop them up in a mango salsa. I'm very picky about what goes into my red sauce.

Roland's are delicious! The flavor is very good. I usually cook for one so this is quick, convenient and flavorful. They are so delicious and also make great hummus. I the time it saves, make my homemade soup taste the same.

I buy roland peppers at a local restaurant supply store, but the prices from amazon are better so i'm switching. The peppers are of good quality. Nice peppers. I suggest everyone using these peppers, and should try the roland's 4 pack.
