Pros

Impressed with the quietness. Mine is a bit heavy and louder that the new ones but is has been in nonstop contractor use and has not yet slowed down.

Cons

We have three brand new units that hummed and never started right out of the box. The compressor is quiet but it is not good that it has to run longer to build pressure because it came with a defective hose.
