Cons
There is no pairing button and no user support for this express roku model. No volume button and cannot adjust volume manually with the roku remote.
Total garbage. This device is completely nonfunctional. If the remote isn't pointed directly at the unit its useless! Is it just me or is this thing useless?
Don't buy this roku device. This is a deceptive scam. I highly doubt the legality of the comments.

However the first ruko express that was sent did have a problem that it wouldnt mirror any screen neither my phone nor tablet which the version of ruko express can neither my phone nor tablet would list ruko as being connected to my network neither would 3rd party apps find it

Contacted ruko support which offered no real solution tech just wanted me to keep trying things i already tried when asked for a replacement unit was told that a technician would need to look at and service my new unit which was only 2 days old and ruko didnt provide an estimated timeframe that a technician would get get back to be via email for a possible solution only sometime within a 48 hour timeframe

Then ruko support said that a technician manger would call me on the phone within 30 minutes which no manager ever did call me back like i was informed they would

I contacted amazon concerning the issue and informed them ruko didnt really offer any support within 10 minutes of contacting amazon resured me that a replacement unit would be sent just waiting for the delivery of the new unit will update if theres a problem with the new one
