Myself (33 year machinist) and my 14 year old son. Assembled the devise. He is high functioning autistic but is still easy enough for him to follow the directions without help.
The pegs stick up a bit so sanding flush is essential, then waxing. Rokr also provide metal rods for axels and plastic bushings to keep gears aligned and on their axel. The movement is smooth and reliable.
All pieces are perfectly precut and marked. There is no glue or screws, everything is pressure fit. Piece are really sturdy and impressively precise!
