For the price and quality you cant beat it
A lot cheaper then the prized nikon fisheye with the same result
And the build quality is extremely high especially considering the low price
Images are as sharp as any other lens i have and the image quality is superb
Price
I rate it as 5 star simply because im fully satisfied with it especially the price
Shipping
First off shipping only cost 9 bucks and i got it two days earlier than expected
Competitiveness
I shoot a lot of timelapse videos and this lens has yielded some amazing results
It is well build and gives similar results than the nikon fisheye which is almost twice the price
Note i have 2 cameras a d300s and a d5100

One thing that people get freaked out about this lens is hearing that it is completely manual

Though rokinon creates mounts for canon nikon and others it does not electronically connect with the body meaning all focusing and aperture settings need to be done manually

Its aperture ring closest to the camera body of course is more of a clickingring so its not a constant turn

A note about the front lens cap is it is extremely cheap

I have been told that on full frame cameras you will get black edges around the picture but ive also heard there is a program to easily remove it

Evidently with such a wide angle lens using the flash makes a tiny halfcircle darkened area near the bottom

Because its manual it has forced me to start thinking again about f stops
