When i first opened the knife the day i received it in the mail the locking mechanism wouldnt engage to keep the blade locked open

It doesnt consistently lock open

I have tried to manually bend the lock over so it would engage more consistently but i am still having issues about 1 out of 10 openings

On the handle there is a logo that says marines across the bottom but it isnt the really united states marine corps logo which says united states marine corps where this one only says marines across the bottom

Finally there is a glass breaker on the end of the handle which i havent used on any glass yet im not sure it will work

I had mine for about 6 months before it fell off the boat and sank to the bottom of a lake
