I did have an issue with one light where the side pins on the light werent locking into the base so i called their support phone number and got someone to help me very quickly

Installation is pretty straightforward just make sure not to pinch the wire between the back of the led panel and the posts at the base of the bulb connector and youll be fine

My gripe is the wire is too long for the required install

I contacted rich at rouge rider and he had be come down to the shop and warrantied the bad light out for me with no hassle

Hell he even threw in some new dark lens covers and didnt even charge me for em
