Pros
Easy to put on and easy to adjust and remove. Fits much tighter to my body than a latch or buckle with holes. Especially good for squats and bench, but still good for deadlift as well.

Ive used traditional thick leather and nike crossfit style belts in past this one is very uncomfortable

Its not too small plenty of velcro to spare maybe needs broke in but just lacks cushion stretch and any comfort features

Feels very cheap for being a 40 dollar brand name belt mine said made in pakistan so maybe it was a knockoff dunno
