Pros

This one is the darkest and the richest while being organic. Price is great, even compared to costco.

This baking cocoa has the same great flavor as the regular rodelle baking cocoa. Rodelle cocoa is not bitter but smooth and rich in its flavor. Nice smooth flavor.

Cons

Haw hard is it to package a bag of cocoa? Purchased from costco, very disappointed. I purchase as much organic products as possible but the flavor is just not up to standard.

Packaging/appearance

This item tastes amazing and the packaging was perfectthe seller is also highly reputable100 recommend

The quality of the packaging has changed but the powder itself is still the best

However the new package had cocoa in the zip lock tracks and i could not close the package

Competitiveness

Year in and year out my family has used this product and enjoyed it more than other famous dutch processed cocoa powders available

But i will say compared to any other baking cocoa i have used this is the best

I would say that the taste of droste is slightly superior but this brand is acceptable and certainly much more so than others

Could definitely tell the difference compared to hershey’s
