Pros

This cocoa is really chocolatey, not bitter or fluoride-y at all. It turns out a smooth, chocolaty taste with no hint of bitterness. This is still a high quality cocoa, but i don’t find it as rich-tasting as the organic.

I use this to make iron skillet fudge. When i do, everyone raves over the flavor and the final texture. It bakes up very well.

Cons

Rodelle taste is odd, not sure how to describe it, but it's not pleasant and very noticeably different than the h-sd. One pic is of our bag. This cocoa has little color or taste, and the container says rich chocolate flavor.

The price and amount here on amazon cant be beat

I was happy to find it on amazon because the flavor is exquisite and the price is still very reasonable

Guess you have to pay a price for good thing

No amazon gives me two bags for a reasonable price

I got hooked on this chocolate and feared i would have to pay expensive shipping again for fedex to deliver it again
