Pros & Cons
Pros
These are elegant and pretty and i really enjoy using them. I use mine for oil for my cuticles. Very slim and practically fit anywhere.
Cons
It's extremely difficult to separate the plunger. Once you have depressed this or twisted it until it is empty, there is no way to refill it. Yes the brush comes off, but there is zero way to depress the plungger.

Dont twist it up until you cant twist anymore youll jam the parts and then it wont be refillable
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
If youve already done this you can try to twist the pen the opposite direction and see if you can unjam it but you might have broken it
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Once you have twisted all the oil out of your pen the easiest way ive found to push the plunger back down is to grab one of those skinny metal straws that often come with tumblers nowadays
