Pros
Easy to install, secure and quiet on the highway. Much easier to install than a yakima or thule. Tighten the mounting brackets to the cross bars, then tighten the ski rack.
Cons
The box was damaged and/or it had been opened previously. Received the two mounts with no mounting equipment or keys. Missing the 2 of the mounts.

So you dont have to use that plastic clamps with exposed screw that came with the cheap ones so you wont get your racks stolen one day
Build tough the key doesnt fall out good quality materials and it works just smooth

Ive been intensively researching about those budget ski rack and finally this one came to my attention because the price reduced to 110

Ill never buy yakima or thule rack components again they are way over priced

For my yakima shaped roof racks the bolts provided to hold the ski carrier onto the roof rack tslot are a tad too short

But more of a problem the bolts cannot be threaded deeply enough into the slide nut in the tslot

Obviously there are some extremely nice ski racks by kuat and thule in the 300 price range but at that point it is almost better to consider a cargo box

At least it has it own website a real brand logo and the company is based in the us
