This is very sturdy and solid. The quality is superb. Great no complaints.

Stitching is good, but the neoprene is tearing where they are stitched. They crimp up at the back and crease when you squat.

I have previously always worn the thinner knee sleeves but i noticed they werent helping as much as i would like when it comes to protecting my knees during lunges so i decided to look for a thicker pair

They are not for walking or running at least i think they would be uncomfortable at least the thicker ones would be
