Pros

Rockport northfield is a great shoe! They are waterproof and good for daily use anywhere. Toe box is tall enough so that your toes are not squished. They are a matte finish, rather than glossy, which is one of the main reasons i like them.

First off i’d like to clarify that the extra wide option is indeed a 4e. They fit true to size. Sizing is true. Very happy with purchase.

Cons

Rockport is not up to par with the original reputation. All i have to do is pay shipping to send them back. Switching to a different brand.

This shoe as constructed is at best a $39. The leather upper is cheap pleather at best. This pair is for the first time i can and will call garbage.

Socks look like a toddler running thru mud and dirt. The sole is foam and it is doubtful that the top is still leather. The ankle/heel padding is not as robust either. Slipped twice on wet grounds.

Shoe is way over sized for a 10 w. I think it was mislabeled as x_wide. Super tight on width. But no longer a good shoe for width.
