Headphones are great for tiny heads but the sound is tinny, remote, and really really really icky.

Unfortunately we had a wire issue that caused loss of sound on one of the sets and all it took was one email and the fantastic customer support team replaced all 3 with a new version with a better connector

I know people find technical issues annoying but as products contain more electronic components and we demand them cheaper there will always be an issue here and there
