Pros & Cons
Pros
These are bigger and bulkier, but i will take that for the added warmth on the 15 degree days i seem to ride in. The are bulky, but warm. Have kept me comfortable in 15-40 temps so far.
I'm amazed how warm my hands are in these mitts. These are the warmest mittens i've ever worn. If you don't want to wear ultra thick waterproof mittens that get soaked from sweat, give em a try.
Using on a fat tire bike this winter in anchorage. My hands are the first thing to get cold riding my recumbent trike in the winter. These are a game changer for cold weather riding.
If you are consistently taking your hands out, it takes a little fussing getting your hands back in because they tend to sag. Can remove hands without a problem.
Cons
When i take my hands out of them, they droop down and i have to flip them back up. The other issue is that they don’t have a very rigid design, so they easily collapse.

Happy with the product and would buy again
With the temps around 15 degrees normally in michigan winters these are perfect
I tried using my bike with the mittens with no gloves and if the bike was sitting outside and it was any colder than about 40° forget it
I can ride with the outer shell only and no gloves in temperatures down to 23° f

Competitiveness
Much less than the name brand and work just fine
