Pros
Armbian provides an option to move / to an ssd and boot off the sdhc. This dramatically improves performance once you disable z ram and put swap on the ssd.
Cons
The support for this board is virtually nonexistent. This is such a shame because this is a such wonderfully and powerful board.

The rock64 built the two system gt5x faster than the nanopi probably because of the usb3 and the processors running at 1
Ive tried several soc boards and the rock64 with 4gb is the best so far second would be the nanopi k1
