Pros

Raising or lowering it is pretty much effortless. There are no electronics or motors, just a pneumatic spring that helps adjust to any height.

Key features for me are that it has a retractable keyboard tray and no assembly required. Big enough to hold an ergo keyboard, a large mouse pad and mouse. Being able to position the keyboard tray out or retracted is helpful.

Cons

It seems the glide was not properly mounted inside/aligned with the track on one side. Mine is stuck almost halfway, too low to use when standing and too high when seating. The ease of pulling it up and down is a struggle.
