A lot of people are reviewing this product with the expectation of opening it and plugging it in this is not the case

After a 5 minute browse through the reviews a kind gentleman reported contacting customer support with a brief reply from them containing the updated firmware

In this firmware a large amount of chief complaints are solved ie alarm accepting the off change as well as the downfacing issue
