It's exactly the same layout as the one the manufacturer recommended. I personally like to sit with a cup of tea and supervise it while it's pottering around sometimes as it's weirdly peaceful and calming lol.

Vacuum works well picking up dog hair, navigate obstacles (furniture) and remote control isvery useful. On rugs and carpets it does work but needs to go over a few times as the suction needs to be a little stronger for carpets.

Customer service is so poor, if you get a response it makes no sense. Scam seller keeps saying ‘ please enter email address’ when i already have. Returned for refund. Registration form fails miserably at even such a basic requirement.

The okp robot has a poor suction and struggles with connecting to alexa. The app is very basic and difficult to connect to. The wifi is also very poor.

The product is for hard floors only. It struggles to get over door thresholds or carpet dividers. On a carpet it picks nothing up. It will only pickup dust and small pieces of tissue.
