Quality
As the saying goes you get what you pay for and i am perfectly fine with the price the vacuum was and the job it gets done
The first time using it i was very impressed with the battery life and its ability to pick up dog hair and dirt
It did an awesome job picking up dirt and hair but sadly i had to return in because obviously something was wrong with the software
If you have throw rugs around your house i do not recommend this product

This is an amazing product for the price
This is a knockoff and that is why the price was so low

Packaging/appearance
Very noisy and gets stuck on the thinest carpets
It also gets stuck when trying to go over the 14inch tall lines that dividers on the floor
