It may seem a little expensive though if needed regulaly throughout the day as well and i must say that i struggled for ages trying to remove the safety cap so never closed it completely afterwards as we have no children in the home anymore

I have allergic asthma and can get a bit of congestion at times which makes things worse

It tastes great and is effective but unfortunately the bottle is way too small
