Good sizing means that the elbow support fits perfect. Helped reduce the discomfort of my tennis elbow.
Cons
Comfortable but offers little support. Don't be fooled. Support offered is comparable to a slim-fit hoodie. Where the stiches come together hurts as it is quite stiff.

Good support but the top rolls down so does not stay in place

Like a lot of reviewers said do your arm measurement before ordering so you get the wrong side

The measurement requested fell at the bottom end of the largest size and i suspect if i had have had the smaller size where the measurement was at the top of the range i would have got more support
