I ordered the installation through amazon as well the first time ive tried this service

They do not have a washer to prevent the lower rubber seal from twisting when tightened so i ended up using the ones from the old drains

The only other comment i would make is that the included connecting hoses to the home water shut off valves can only be screwed on the faucets easily for about 1 turn because the coneshaped rubber washers in the hose connectors are too large
