Pros

This product is not cheaply made. It’s a great kitchen tool! Fits my hand comfortably.

The blade comes with a basic edge, and 5min with 1k and 2k grit sandpaper honed it nicely. It is hard and i sharpened it to a razor edge.

The walnut handle looks nice. The blade is awesome. It also makes a great pizza cutter.

Cons

Appears to be made from mass production blanks. Need to do a lot of work to make it functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The bevel across the entire blade on both sides is not symmetrical from one end to the other. Can't sharpen with a standard ulu blade sharpener because of angle.
