The hotswap pcb really helps with costuming the keyboard. It's sleek and easy to set up. Compact, types well, no problems so far.

When i started to get more into keyboards i wanted to switch out the switches only to find out i was sent an older model that is not hotswappable

Overall not having the option to contact customer support for defects is not acceptable but i suppose you could return it if theres a hardware defect

Editthe top row function key behavior for windows vs mac modes seems glitchy but its just unintuitive
