Just arrange your wires in the correct order straighten them out cut them at an angle maneuver them into the plug press them all the way in crimp then trim the wires that are sticking out

With a typical rj45 you try to get the insulation cut back to expose the conductors straighten out conductors to enter rj45 in the right order
