I love how wide the belt is, & how much support it provides. My back/waist feels amazing and unstoppable.
This belt is awesome! It works great. This really helps alot!
Cons
This belt is hard as a rock, uncomfortable and i couldn't get the creases to curve. Havent been able to lift.
This newer 2x barely fits. Do not believe the sizing. The sizing is misleading.

Size chart seems off i have a 37 waist so i ordered the large chart says 37 43 for large but it was too small

That being said if you’re really looking into weightlifting save your money to buy a quality lever belt
