The placement of the rings is fantastic. The double d ring adds to the sturdiness of the product. These rings actually stay in place during kickbacks.

Plenty of padding for a comfortable hard workout. I use the padding so my ankles aren’t bruised. The cushion is very soft and the strap seems very sturdy.

Cons
