Pros

Works great for supporting my patella during squats. The only thing i see bad here in the near future is the bad is the elastic might be given gout sooner than expected. The added support for heavy squats.

The quality is great and the velcro is really strong. Very supportive on my knees. Very durable strong quality.

Cons

High disappointed. Sliding while bending the knee was uncomfortable. Didn't conform to my knee and wasn't very stretchy. I hate it that it won't stay put, since its a strap an elastic strap it will not stay put.
