Pros

The barbell connects well, and feels sturdy. This is easily fixable with a couple of those butterfly *. Keep wanting to unwind. The only thing i don't like is that one dumbbell keeps loosening.

Great set of weights to start out, i wish it came with a case but no biggie. Compact design but big enough for all exercises. Received missing weights timely and in good quality.

Cons

Once you build the bench bar and put 70 lbs of weight on the bar it starts to bend. Also the weights are extremely susceptible to rust. Hopefully this mix up can be rectified.

The individual weights are very high quality but the collar locks dont always stay snug have to tighten them up frequently

Just be mindful if you are trying to do heavy training more than 100lbs go with a rig system thay is designed for that
