Pros
The thickness/cushion of this mat is just right for the elbows and knees. The length of the mat is great, 6ft and width 2ft. Comes with cord wrap shoulder carrier as well. Fits right in my luggage.
Cons
This mat feels cheap and did not come with a strap. Pretty color - absolutely no gripping power. Rubberized material is damaged easily.

Unfortunately my mat already has a couple of small divets from my practice where my toes or finger tips dig in after only 2 months of use
