Pros
The screen protectors have a little bit of a haze to them. They help protect the watch screen when your moving your wrist constantly and hitting it onto things randomly. This is in fact way cheaper than those screen protector you find on ebay.
Cons
Very disappointed. They are not a glass, it is a sticker. Also does not adhere to edges of watch because they're curved.

They don’t come with instructions which made it worse even though it’s fairly intuitive

I eventually stuck one on but it had a bunch of stuff stuck under it even though i wiped it with the included sprayetc multiple times

As of now the screen protector is stuck down almost perfectly flat aside from one corner but i think the edge is pushing against the case i have on my watch

If you try to hurry it the guard will not adhere
