Hung a 80 pound bag from it

Not a bag hanger however the only place to hang the heavy bag is over the threaded bolt thus ruining the thread while being used

All i had to do was tighten it to the i beam and clip my bag to it

I had to tape the hooks down so it wouldnt slide but it was a easy fix i also had to put cardboard to fill in any gaps between the hanger and the i beam
