Pros

The attached pics show the spring configuration on a 70lb everlast bag on an 7' everlast stand. We have a 40 pound bag mounted to the steel i-beam in our garage. The spring works great for my 66 lb heavybag.

Spring is as advertised and was shipped swiftly. Fast delivery and zero defects.

It greatly reduces the shock through the framing of my house. No more vibration.

Spring works great on my 60lb punching bag mounted to drywall ceiling in garage. Used with amber sports fight gear heavybag joist hanger. Highly recommend for mma or boxing bags.

It does a great job of absorbing the impact when the bag swings around. Gives just enough to prevent excessive spinning and bounce. When the bag comes back down the spring gives a little bit which puts less stress on the stitching on the bag.
