Even with workout gloves underneath which is how i usually use weighted gloves the strap fastener is still too massive to secure in a reasonable way
Whether you wrap it around back of hand or wrist wrist feels like a fudge to get it to stay it fails to hold glove securely in place in a way thats comfortable
2lb weight per glove is good though sand is not as tightly contained as with other weighted gloves i use
