I liked the wrap around ring adjuster the others did not stay put not worth putting on

However because the spirals are clear plastic id avoid wearing them for messy activities like cooking and gardening because eventually theyll show stains and scratches and will trap particles of stuff within the spirals

The silver polishing cloth thats included is good too although its very small about 3 x 3

I wore one with a ring thats about 12size too big and within minutes it had fallen out and disappeared
