They haven't disappoint me. These are very durable. Perfect to tie down the balloon garland to the base and they work great.
As advertised, shipped quick. Quick shipping. Such a great deal for the money.
Cons
Just sitting in a drawer now to collect dust. Disgusting and dirty. Not good for making balloon garlands.
