This is definitely not waterproof and has in fact caused my eyes to water more than usual. After an hour or so the product works off the eyelids and can become transparent and patchy. Not dark enough and did not last long.
The pencil is very short. Can't find facility to contact the seller so unfortunately leaving this review. Literally cannot sharpen without breaking so unusable.
