This liner is amazing. Very close to my complexion. I like the smoothness this liner has.
Rimmel eyeliner is easy to apply, doesn't smudge and is very affordable. Flows nicely either on the eyelid or on the waterline. This is a real game changer in your makeup look.
The rimmel scandaleyes is very waterproof and smudge proof.
Cons
Rommel eyeliner is not waterproof or smudge proof. If i put it under my eyes i look like a racoon. There's no way to sharpen it or twist it to get more eyeliner.
