The formula glides on and creates volume and length while simultaneously fanning the lashes out for a wideeyed look

Its a bit on the wet side so i simply let it the wand sit out for a minute or so before applying

The worst it can do though is create a line toward the roots of your lashes that makes it look as if youve applied eye liner
