Pros
The matte black finish looks great and perfectly matches the matte trim on m vehicle, which is what i wanted. Better than the black plastic one supplied by the dealer with their name.
The silicone molds itself around the plate, and prevents scratching of the car. I appreciate the drainage holes to prevent water buildup which might corrode the plate. Pliable but strong material.
Easy to install and protects edges. Prevents rattling from vibration. No problem installing just needs a little stretching and boom it's on.
Cons
The lip that goes over the front is too narrow. This is not desirable but the main thing is it looks horrible. If i'm paying this much for a piece of black silicone i expect it to be cut nicely and not have any jagged edges.

Btw only using the 2 top screws not all 4 and it works fine

Problem the new vehicle has only two bolts screws actually on the top edge for attaching the license plate

As a result every time i closed the tailgate the license plate bottom edge rattles loosely potentially chipping the paint underneath
