The frame is soft and comfortable, suctions well. Anti fog is what you put on after you choose a polish to remove the silicon from factory spraying. Sea buff is what i use.

I bought a 5th one for my son and it didnt fit his face as well so air was able to get thru and water obviously when testing it out underwater
