That is i baked a tray filled with chicken leg quarters and used the thermometer as i would any other i inserted it when the baking time was nearing completion to test if each piece was the right temperature
I liked that i could select the type of meat i was measuring and the thermometer would know at what temperature that type of meat must be cooked for example the chicken i cooked must reach 174 f
